Our company has 5 QXY3000 and QYX6930 steel plate and profile pretreatment production lines (including shot blasting, painting, and drying). After casting (spraying) the steel, in order to prevent rust, the primer should be sprayed immediately within the specified time after the pre-treatment is completed. The steel used for the main structural components such as bridge frames and trolley frames is pre treated before entering the production workshop.

Our company has 18 precision plasma cutting machines of various models, 4 AG-600 CNC flame cutting machines, 3 15000W CNC laser cutting machines, etc. The main components are cut using fine plasma and CNC laser cutting, with cutting accuracy better than 1mm and sheet metal warping deformation less than 2mm.
