Large scale shadow data gantry milling machine
One CNC gantry milling machine XK2740 and two XK2420, with machining stroke ranges of 10000 × 4000x (300~1900) mm, 6000 × 2000 × 1200mm, and 5000 × 2000 × 1200mm respectively, are used for machining integral small frame, pulley beam, crossbeam, intermediate end beam, balance beam, etc.
Double gun gantry welding center
The company has multiple double gun gantry submerged arc welding machines for welding the outer longitudinal seams of main beams and end beam box type structural components. The welding of the main beams adopts the double wire welding method. It is the first in China to develop a crane arch parabolic mechanical weld seam tracking automated welding process equipment, achieving fully automated welding processes for crane curves and variable cross-sections
1250t press machine
12500KN four column hydraulic press, with a maximum stroke of 1200mm for the slider and a maximum distance of 2000mm from the slider to the worktable. The effective area of the worktable can reach 3200mm (approximately) 1600mm (front and back). Mainly used for the bending and shaping of medium thick steel plates, such as pre bending of steel plate rolling drums.
Heavy structural component annealing furnace
Stress relief annealing is mainly used to ensure the dimensional stability of welded structural components and prevent deformation due to long-term aging. Our company has a trolley type natural gas annealing furnace with a net furnace size (length X width X height) of 16000mm X6000mm X8000mm, which can meet the post weld stress relief annealing treatment of various large, medium and small welded structural components.

Our company has 5 QXY3000 and QYX6930 steel plate and profile pretreatment production lines (including shot blasting, painting, and drying). After casting (spraying) the steel, in order to prevent rust, the primer should be sprayed immediately within the specified time after the pre-treatment is completed. The steel used for the main structural components such as bridge frames and trolley frames is pre treated before entering the production workshop.

Our company has various cutting equipment and advanced cutting processes, adopting different cutting techniques and methods according to different needs. Our company has 18 precision plasma cutting machines of various models, 4 AG-600 CNC flame cutting machines, 3 15000W CNC laser cutting machines, etc. The main components are cut using fine plasma and CNC laser cutting, with cutting accuracy better than 1mm and sheet metal warping deformation less than 2mm.

Carry out emission control from the source, process, and end, and achieve intelligent and green product coating. The intelligent coating production line can complete the main beam coating operation of a crane in 30 minutes, with more stable spraying quality and higher spraying precision, greatly improving the product coating quality.
