The physics testing room mainly conducts mechanical performance tests and risk assessments on steel, alloys, and components. Equipped with SHT4106 electro-hydraulic universal material testing machine, WEW-300C hydraulic universal material testing machine, JB-300B pendulum impact testing machine and other equipment, it can perform testing of 100OkN internal temperature tension, steel plate Z-direction tension, plate bending, screw full connection torque coefficient and other projects.
Chemical composition testing
The chemical testing laboratory mainly analyzes elements such as carbon, sulfur, manganese, phosphorus, silicon, nickel, copper, chromium, molybdenum, titanium, and aluminum in steel and alloys. Equipped with German imported Zhiling spectrometer, HW2000B high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, TU-1900 spectrophotometer and other detection instruments, capable of detecting multiple elements and automatically displaying data and curves.
Electrical component testing
The electrical laboratory is a comprehensive laboratory that integrates training, testing, and debugging, with simulation and physical operation functions. Metallographic hardness testing

Measuring standard

Establish three measurement standards: caliper star calibration device, micrometer calibration device, and dial gauge calibration device. Non-Destructive Testing
The non-destructive testing room has personnel with ultrasonic level III and ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and penetrant levels. The main equipment includes more than ten instruments such as X-ray flaw detectors, multi-purpose magnetic particle flaw detectors, and digital ultrasonic flaw detectors, which can accurately locate and evaluate material defects, measure material thickness, and record flaw detection results.
